Atty Persse makes the step up into a Group race.

Atty Persse

Atty Persse ran a huge race at Royal Ascot to win the King George V handicap and had the clockers purring. He was drawn wide and had to use a lot of gas to get across to a favourable track position. They went quick, turned into the straight and he quickened again, putting the race to bed. Today is a big step up in class against horses who have been considered as Derby types at times and he needs to raise his game. The distance should help him with the step up needed, and there should be a solid pace which he enjoys.
