5 runners today and a great moment for Kieran Shoemark.

Kieran Shoemark lost his claim at Epsom last night after firing in 3 out of 3. The day before he rode 2 from 2 at Lingfield. He hs lost his claim but that won't stop him being used. It was unfair watching him versus the others when he was getting the allowance. He'll take a bit of stopping in the apprentice title race, with some big stables supporting him aside from us.

Makzeem just missed out on getting in to the Bunbury Cup, and is top weight in the consolation race today. The first and second favourites will take a bit of beating, the favourite especially who could be rated 105 on his Jersey run. Makzeem won well at Newmarket recently under the same conditions and with the same jockey. Hopefully he can improve again.

Abatement makes the switch back to turf having run some big races on the all weather. He has a separate turf rating and therefore he runs of 7lbs less. If he can transfer his form across he must go well.

Silent Echo

Silent Echo is two from two this year for us, and looks to win again at York in an apprentice race. The weights for the race seem a little odd for a 3yo race. More often than not the top weight in 3yo races are 9-7, and today they have gone with 9-12. He is a very talented horse, who should continue to improve.

Miss Anticipation

At Chepstow Miss Anticipation runs over 6f. The ground went against her last time, and hopefully this will be more suitable. Her optimum trip is probably 7 f but she is ready to run and hopefully she shows up well.

Santafiora steps up in trip to a mile . She will need to settle well but Kieran felt that she needed further last time. She always works nicely at home and hopefully we can see it on the track tonight.
