Captain Cat has been a great servant to his owner. He has won 6 times, been placed on 13 of his 27 starts, with big bonus prizes, 2x G3's and a couple of G2 placings. He wasnt at his best last year, and much prefers a sounder surface, and even better the all weather. We decided not to travel him this year at the age of 7, and have focussed on qualifying for the Good Friday All Weather Championship races. He has run consistently all winter and the only aim was to have 3 runs, so his win this month vs Sloan Avenue was a bonus. You couldn't rule him out running a huge race on Good Friday and he has Mindurownbusiness to beat. (February 2016)
