Three runners to Ripon, to add to the one previous runner we have had at the course in the last 5 years and one to Kempton.

Miss Anticipation

Miss Anticipation makes her third start having run with promise at Windsor last time. She settled well and finished off nicely. It looked like she may get further with time. The main danger appears to be the Dalgleish runner who hasn’t run for nearly 100 days, having made a good debut over 5f.

Maths Prize

Maths Prize finds a 3 runner nursery which is surprising. He was a good winner at Ffos Las and quickened well off a steady pace. The undulating track will be new to him but he is a well-balanced horse with a good mind on him and hopefully he can go well. Both his rivals have recent form and can’t be discounted.

Pure Fantasy

Pure Fantasy ran a blinder to be second at Ffos Las to a horse that has won again, and is due to go up 2lbs because of that in the future. She steps back down in trip from 1m 4f to 1m 2f, which is the distance she won at. There was just a thought that she may not have stayed last time having travelled like the winner.

Pure Vanity

Pure Vanity was disappointing last time at Newmarket when she refused to settle. We have tweaked a few things and we hope in a smaller field she will be able to show more of her ability. Mitch Godwin takes the ride and has been impressing for Sylvester Kirk in the recent months.
