Rock Steady looks to get his head in front and Esprit De Corps makes his debut.
Rock Steady
Rock Steady lost a shoe at Leicester when he came out of the gate last time and hence why he was lugging up the straight. We felt he may have won if that hadn’t have happened and therefore his form is solid. He has run well all year and is unlucky to not have at least another win to his name. He likes any ground, but goes well on the polytrack and the trip seemed to be ok last time. It’s a competitive little race, with a lot of winning form but it is a slightly lower grade and hopefully he will go close again.
Esprit De Corps
Esprit De Corps is an imposing colt by Sepoy who will be green this evening. He has a good action and takes his work well but we expect some improvement on his second start. It is a race full of unknowns but there is a strong word for the Shamardal of Godolphins.
