2ND November 2016
Four two year old maidens run today, and on breeding the races could be the Oaks and the Derby!
Solar Cross
Solar Cross starts the day off. He ran a taking race at Newbury to be 4th. Today he is drawn in stall 17 of 17, on a round course, which is not ideal at all. From that draw anything can happen and we will just have to see how it pans out. Hopefully he can get a fair position without using too much energy.
Stone The Crows
Stone the Crows runs in the following division. He is a wonderful physical specimen, by Cape Cross out of a nice mare. He has been drawn 2 which is easier, if he can jump on terms. The other benefit of this race is that there are 4 non runners. Stone the Crows will be a nice horse next year but will come on for this run as he is so big.
Bois D’Ebene finds herself in one of the hotter fillies maidens you are likely to see on any course, let alone at Kempton. Galileos, half sisters to Derby winners, expensive horses. The whole lot. She came in to training late and is quite inexperienced, but hopefully she can run with some promise.

Pobbles
Likewise, for Pobbles. The race looks extremely hot. Some good form on offer and some good pedigrees. Pobbles ran green and stayed on ok on her debut. The step up in trip and her experience means that she should be able to lay up better today.
