Timespan breaks her maiden

 In Beckhampton News

Timespan broke her maiden and added another winner in the process for Al Kazeem. It was an odd race with a 1/12 favourite in the field and it was very messy. Hollie rode Timespan to perfection in the circumstances and got the victory. She is very well bred and it was great to add another winner to Al Kazeem’s tally. He is creating a nice record from a small first crop.

Today we have 5 runners.

At York Petitioner will have his work cut out in the Lonsdale but hopefully he can out run his mark.

Kassar has been very consistent this year and ran an almighty race in the last race of the Goodood festival, and was unlucky not to win that day. Today is a lot more competitive but the track should suit him. Its debatable what is his best trip but a fast run race always suits him. Ryan Moore takes the ride.

At Ffos Las Momkin makes his third start in a novice. On paper he has a very good chance and hopefully he can learn something today before stepping up in grade.

Smokey Lane has his first run for us but had some very good form for Dave Evans, who did well with him. We don’t know alot about him but 5-6f appears to be his best trip and often with a bit of cut. He seems in good form but will come on for this and hopefully he can show his old spark.

Regina Pacis has done remarkably well to win two races this year and we hope the step up in trip will suit her. Finley takes the ride and has a valuable 5lbs to his name.
