He is the second foal of his dam,the first foal Honey Sweet won twice at two including the listed Prix Zedaan at Deauville. Honey Sweet raced over 5,6, and 7 furlongs at two on ground ranging from good to firm through to heavy. There is plenty of speed in the pedigree including Look Busy who won 12 races including the Group 2 Temple Stakes at Haydock and the Group 3 Flying Five at the Curragh. He was purchased by Badgers Bloodstock from Tattersalls Book 1 for 110,000 GNS. The first foal of a dual winner who is a daughter of the 2002 Champion Three Year Old Filly Islington. Islington was the winner of 6 races which included the Group 1 ‘Nassau Stakes’, the Group 1 Yorkshire oaks (twice) and the Group 1 ‘Breeders Cup Filly & Mare Turf at Santa Anita in the USA. They are from one of the great Ballymacoll families.

He is a half brother to 6 winners with 5 of them having black type. One of his half siblings is Hello Youmzain ( by Kodiac ) a dual Group 1 winner who now stands as a breeding stallion in France. He is also a half brother to Royal Youmzain (by Youmzain) a dual Group 3 winner and a Group 2 winner as well as placing twice in Group 1 races. Youm Jameel was purchased at the Tattersalls July Sale 2023 for 13,000 Gns by JS Bloodstock.
