He was purchased at the Tattersalls Book 2 sale by Amanda Skiffington for 160,000 gns. His dam Chupalla won 2 races at 2 and 3 years as well as placing twice. Chupalla is out of a full sister to the very well known stallion Dubai Millenium who has sired other well known and proven sires such as Dubawi. Chupalla is also a full sister to Dubai Sunrise who has bred six winners including the Derby runner up Dee Ex Bee.

She comes from the Juddmonte family started when they bought Monroe from Robert Sangster. This branch of the family stems from Didicoy who was trained by Jeremy Tree here at Beckhampton to win three races, the last one ridden by a five pound claimed L Dettori. Didicoy is a half sister to Xaar, Masterclass, Silver Star and Diese. The family continues through Didina , Tantina and Scuffle a half sister to Cityscape and Bated Breath. Scuffle has bred six winners to date including Logician the Group 1 St Leger winner , Suffused, Collide, Sleep Walk, Monsoon Moon and Battlement the dam of Alice Knyvet and Crenelle. Battlement won three races up to a mile. Her first foal Crenelle has won over a mile was was placed in the Sandringham Stakes at Royal Ascot.

She is also a half sister to Group 1 winner Baltic Baroness and Listed winner Baltic Rock. She also has four other half brothers and sisters that are black type. The Grand dam Born Wild was the winner of 1 race at 3yrs and placed 2 times from 4 runs.

He is the second foal of his dam,the first foal Honey Sweet won twice at two including the listed Prix Zedaan at Deauville. There is plenty of speed in the pedigree including Look Busy who won 12 races including the Group 2 Temple Stakes at Haydock and the Group 3 Flying Five at the Curragh. Her half brother Unfortunately was champion two year old colt in France in 2017 winning the Group 1 Prix Morny at Deauville and the Group 2 Prix Robert Papin at Maisons-Lafitte. The dam has bred three winners, all trained here, Imperial Aviator, Universal Command and Selecto.  Imperial Aviator was placed three times at two, on his reappearance he won a Leicester maiden beating Ulysses and followed this up by taking the London Gold Cup at Newbury by four and a half lengths. He was sold at Tattersalls later in the year to continue in Australia with Gai Waterhouse.

Silk Sari also placed 2nd in the Group 1 ‘Qipco British Champions Fillies & Mares Stakes’ at Ascot. The line traces back to Gerald Leigh’s good mares Gossamer and Brocade. Brocade  being the dam of Barathea who has sired horses such as Toubougg.

Her dam Via Lazio was unraced but is a half sister to the champion two year old in Japan in 2018 Admire Mars, a winner of 3 Group 1 races and a Group 2. Via Lazio is also a half sister to Via Firenze a Listed winner and Group 2 & 3 placed in France and Via Pisa a winner of a Listed in France and also placed 3rd in a Group 1 in Italy.

Greek Order

From the family of the blue hen Hasili through her daughter Banks Hill, the dam Trojan Queen has bred three winners from six foals to race. Greek Order is a full brother to Sangarius who won the Group 3 Hampton Court Stakes at Royal Ascot. His year older half sister Ezine ran second to Ballydoyle’s Tuesday in a Naas maiden in March 2022 and then went on to win a 7 furlong Fillies’ Maiden.

His Dam Encore Moi was a winner over 7 furlongs and her half sister Toi Et Moi was a Listed winner over 1 mile 4 furlongs. His Grand dam Di Moi Oui was the winner of a Listed and 2 Group 3 races. Di Moi Oui went on to have a successful breeding career producing ten winners from thirteen to race.

The family traces back to Islington a multiple Group 1 winner for Sir Michael Stoute.

The next dam Hecuba bred six winners and is from the family of the Champion older Mare in Ireland and Joint Champion Older Mare in England in 1981 Cairn Rouge, she won the Group 1 Irish 1,000 Guineas, Group 1 Champion Stakes and Group 2 Coronation Stakes. Hecuba is the dam of Choose Me a Listed winner as well as Group 2 & 3 placed. The first foal out of a five time winner in Italy up to Group 3 level. The second and third dams also raced in Italy. The little known sire Martino Alonso was bred by Godolphin and stood in Italy. He sired Ramonti who Godolphin bought, he won five Group 1 races over eight to ten furlongs.

Quiet Sea’s dam Kind Of Hush was owned and bred by owners Elite Racing, her Grand dam Affinity was also owned and bred by owners and is also the dam of Amalfi Bay a winner of two races so far for the yard.

He was purchased by Badgers Bloodstock from Tattersalls Book 1 for 110,000 GNS. The first foal of a dual winner who is a daughter of the 2002 Champion Three Year Old Filly Islington. Islington was the winner of 6 races which included the Group 1 ‘Nassau Stakes’, the Group 1 Yorkshire oaks (twice) and the Group 1 ‘Breeders Cup Filly & Mare Turf at Santa Anita in the USA. They are from one of the great Ballymacoll families.

Youm Jameel

He is a half brother to 6 winners with 5 of them having black type. One of his half siblings is Hello Youmzain ( by Kodiac ) a dual Group 1 winner who now stands as a breeding stallion in France. He is also a half brother to Royal Youmzain (by Youmzain)  a dual Group 3 winner and a Group 2 winner as well as placing twice in Group 1 races. Youm Jameel was purchased at the Tattersalls July Sale 2023 for 13,000 Gns by JS Bloodstock. He was purchased at the Dubai Breeze up sale for £123,962 by Rabbah Bloodstock. He is the third foal of  Zippy Rock who was unraced but has so far produced 4 foals with 2 runners and 2 winners. Zippy Rock is a half sister to Jessica’s Dream the dam of the stallion Havana Gold who stands at Tweenhills Farm.
