Quilted is our first runner of the day and heads to Thirsk to run in the ‘British EBF Fillies’ Novice Stakes’ for owners Juddmonte. She has had two career starts so far in which she showed improvement on her most recent start when stepping up in trip to 1 mile 2. Today she steps up in trip again and runs over 1 mile 4 in a field of 5 runners. The most obvioius competition would be Bartzella who won on debut and was the winner of Quilted’s most recent run. Today Quilted is drawn 5 with Daniel Tudhope taking the ride.

Ivadream heads to Brighton for owners S Emmet and Miss R Emmet to run in the ‘whichbookie.co.uk Best For Football Handicap’. He was a very close third at Ffos Las over 7 1/2 furlongs when blinkers applied. He has since ran over a mile in which he finished 4th. Today he steps back in trip to 7 furlongs and still has the blinkers applied, fingers crossed he can run a strong race today. The race has a field of 8 runners and he has been drawn 7, Trevor Whelan takes the ride.

Fresh Fancy heads to Kempton to make her racecourse debut in the ‘Unibet Extra Place Offers Every Day EBF Maiden Fillies’ Stakes’ for owner H M The Queen. She is a full sister to Pied Piper who was a winner over 1 mile 2 furlongs as a  2 year old. The race has a total of 11 runners with Thakrah being the obvious competition having finished 4th on debut in a strong novice at Newmarket and now holds an entry for the Fillies Mile. Fresh Fancy has been drawn 4 with William Buick taking the ride. We look forward to learning a bit more about this filly today.

Beheld heads to Kempton to run in the ‘Unibet 3 Uniboosts A Day Fillies’ Handicap’ for owners Juddmonte. She put in a stronger performance on her most recent start having had a short break and hopefully today she can look to follow that up and maybe go one better. The race has a field of 6 runners and she has been drawn 1. James Doyle takes the ride.

Lion Face is our last runner of the day and heads to Kempton to run in the ‘ Try Our New Super Boosts At Unibet Handicap’ for owner David Bannon. He put in a strong performance on his most recent start which was also at Kempton when blinkers had been applied for the first time. Today he continues to wear blinkers and runs in a field of 13 runners with a draw of 1. Hopefully today he can look to go one or two better. Kieran Shoemark takes the ride.
