Four runners split between Ascot and Wolverhampton

Today we send out four runners between Ascot and Wolverhampton.

Quiet Sea is our first runner of the day and runs in the ‘Dual Maiden Fillies’ Stakes’ for owner and breeder Elite Racing Club. She is a three year old filly by Sea The Moon and out of a Marju mare. She is a half sister to Maurice Dancer a winner over 7 furlongs as well as placing on 3 other occassions. Today she makes her racecourse debut over 1 mile 2 furlongs in a field of 5 runners with a draw of 3. Kieran Shoemark takes the ride.

Stage Show also heads to Ascot and runs in the ‘Peroni Nastro Azzurro Handicap’ for owners Brook Farm Bloodstock. He is a three year old gelding by Showcasing who has had three career starts with his debut being over 6 furlongs and his following 2 starts being over 7 furlongs. Today he makes his handicap debut over a mile and now has an official mark of 74. The race today has a field of 8 runners and has been drawn 3. Kieran Shoemark takes the ride.

Bright heads to Wolverhampton to run in the ‘Follow @attheraces On Twitter Maiden Stakes’ for owner Mohammed Jaber. He is a three year old gelding by Starspangledbanner who made his racecourse debut on the 5th April at Nottingham. On his debut he put in a promising performance over 5 furlongs despite being quite keen. Today he is back over 5 furlongs in a field of 11 runners, he has been drawn 3 with Trevor Whelan taking the ride.

Love Is A Rose is our final runner of the day and runs in the ‘ At The Races App Expert Tips Fillies’ Restricted Novice Stakes’ for owners Philip Newton and Elizabeth Railton. She is a three year old filly by Churchill and out of a 6 furlong winning mare. Love Is A Rose made her racecourse debut at Newmarket over 7 furlongs in October and Today makes her 3 year old debut. The race has a field of 7 runners and she has been drawn 1. A hood has been applied to help her relax adn Trevor Whelan takes the ride.
