Pleasant Man travels to Haydock to make his debut

Pleasant Man Is an unraced two-year-old colt by Galileo owned by Brook Farm Bloodstock. He was purchased at Tattersalls Book 1 sale for 140,000 Guineas. His dam Melito was trained in Australia and was a multiple Group 1 and Group 2 winner on the turf over 6 and 7 furlongs. He is a half-brother to 8-year-old Campbell Junior who is by Encosta De Lago and is trained in Australia. Although still a maiden he has finished 2nd in two Group 3 races and one Group 2 race with a total career earnings of £418,831. Pleasant man also has an unraced 3-year-old full brother in training with J S Bolger and was purchased from the GOFFS (IRE) November Foal Sale for 625,000 euros.

He is a big horse that should handle the going which is currently being called good to soft.
