Qarasu did the business at Windsor and Summer Lake runs at Salisbury.

 In Beckhampton News

Qarasu came through the murky evening at Windsor to break his maiden. Although not much of the race was visible, he won nicely and confirmed the promise he had shown in his first two races. He handles the soft ground well and should progress through the year and in to next.

Our only runner today is the Paul Inglett owned and bred Summer Lake in the ‘First Carlton Novice Auction Stakes’. Today she will be making her racecourse debut over 6 Furlongs which should suit her well as she is bred to be quick with her mother winning over 5 and 6 furlongs. This will be our second 2 year old runner this season. With it being her first ever run we will learn more about her as she learns a lot more about her job. We can only hope that she takes a lot of experience out of this run to help her improve again for the future.  Jason Watson takes the ride.
