Qarasu and Total Commitment look to follow up

 In Beckhampton News

Today we have 2 runners split between Haydock and Ascot.

Our first runner today is Qarasu at Haydock in the ‘ Watch Racing TV Now Handicap’. He has proven that he is most certainly a soft ground horse with winning at Windsor in June by 4 ½ lengths and winning at Newbury on the 17th August by 4 lengths, both being on very soft ground. Today’s race holds a total of 9 runners on soft ground and he has been given a draw of 1. Jason Watson takes the ride.

Our second runner today is Total Commitment at Ascot in the ‘Sodexo Handicap’. He put in a very strong performance last time out at Newmarket to win after a 261 day break on good to firm ground. The ground at Ascot today has also been called good to firm which is in our favour. The race today holds 17 runners and we have been given a draw of 14. Ryan Moore takes the ride. Hopefully he doesn’t ‘bounce’ after a quick return to the track.
