Quilted breaks her maiden, Fresh Fancy wins on debut and two runners head out today

Yesterday we sent Quilted to Thirsk for owners Juddmonte. It was her first attempt at 1 mile 4 furlongs which we did think would be to her liking. She was in touch with the leaders on the outside and was shaken up around 3 lengths from home. She took up the lead around a furlong from home and stayed on well to win by 3 1/2 lengths under Daniel Tudhope.

Fresh Fancy went to Kempton for owner H M The Queen to make her racecourse debut in the ‘Unibet Extra Place Offers Every Day EBF Maiden Fillies’ Stakes’. She was held up in behind the leaders until pushed along around 2 furlongs out. She took up the lead towards the finish to win by a head under William Buick.

Today we send two runners to Wolverhampton.

Majestic Fighter is our first runner of the day and runs in the ‘Read Hollie Doyle’s Column On attheraces.com EBF Maiden Stakes’ for o Read Hollie Doyle’s Column On attheraces.com EBF Maiden Stakes for owner Saeed Jaber. He has had just the one career start so far in which he finished 5th despite being very green. Hopefully he will have improved from the run now having a little more experience and fingers crossed we will see a nice run from him today.

Hayat runs in the ‘Watch Free Replays On attheraces.com Restricted Maiden Stakes’ for owner Ahmed Jaber. She too has had just the one career start so far but put in a very encouraging performance on debut at Salisbury finishing 5th of 13. Today she steps back in trip having previously ran over 7 furlongs, today she runs over 6. Fingers crossed we will see a strong run from her today.
