 In Beckhampton News

Today we send two runners to Nottingham and one runner to Kempton.

Shared is our first runner of the day and heads to Nottingham to make his racecourse debut in the ‘Jeffrey King Memorial Race Novice Stakes’ for owner Mohammed Jaber. He was bred by Cheveley Park Stud and purchased by Rabbah Bloodstock at the Tattersalls October Book 2 yearling sale 2020 for 70,000 GNS. He is a half brother to Midfield a winner over 2 miles as well as placed over 7 furlongs at the start of his career. His dam Between us was a winner over 1 mile 4 as well as Listed placed over the same trip. His dam is also a half sister to Confidential Lady a Group 1 winner in France over a mile and 2 as well as winning a Listed and Group 3 over 7 furlongs. She also place 2nd in the Stan James 1000 Guineas Stakes. The race today has a field of 10 runners and Shared has been drawn 6. Thomas Greatrex takes the ride as well as claiming his 3lbs.

Persian Royal also heads to Nottingham and runs in the ‘ Handicap’ for owner D J Deer. Today he makes his handicap debut having put in three very encouraging runs, his form so far being 2 2 3. He also makes a step up in trip to a mile and 2 furlongs having previously ran over 7 furlongs and a mile. The race today has a field of 9 runners and he has been drawn 7. It looks to be a competetive race but we hope the step up in trip will be to his suiting and hopefully see him run a nice race. Richard Kingscote takes the ride.

Noya is our last runner of the day and heads to Kempton to run in the ‘Unibet Horserace Betting Operator Of The Year Novice Stakes’ for owner Mohammed Jaber. She had just the one run over 7 furlongs in which she was very green. Hopefully today she would have come on from that run, the race today has a field of 13 runners and she has been drawn 4. William Buick takes the ride.
