Two runnners travel to Salisbury

 In Beckhampton News

Today we send Greek Order and Vega Sicilia to Salisbury.

Greek Order is the first of our two runners and runs in the ‘William Hill Lengthen Your Odds Novice Stakes’ for owners Juddmonte. He had two career starts as a two year old in which he showed great promise finishing 3rd on his debut at Salisbury and then 2nd at Newmarket both over 7 furlongs. Having had a winter break he now comes out today to make his 3 year old debut back at Salisbury over 7 furlongs. The race today has a field of 9 runners and he has been drawn 2. Ryan Moore takes the ride.

Vega Sicilia runs in the ‘William Hill In Play Racing Handicap’ for owners John Basquil and Dan Gilbert. He has been a very consistent horse winning 1 race and placing 5 times. Despite a little disappointing run last time out hopefully he will be back to his consistent form today. The race today has a field of 9 runners and he has been drawn 9, cheekpieces have been applied and James Doyle takes the ride
